Tiger Traditional Cheese Fondue is made in Switzerland using the time-honored Swiss fondue recipe with Emmental, Gruyere and Tilsit cheeses with potato starch, wine, and fruit brandy added to give it a smooth creamy texture and flavor. Wonderful as a romantic meal for two, or as an appetizer or hors d'oeuvre at a party! Serve with a firm bread cut into one inch squares, or with bite size pieces of fruit or vegetables. Apples, brocoli, etc. It's a nice alternative to traditional bullion fondue for vegetarians too. The boxed, foil-sealed 14 ounce packets may be stored unrefrigerated for approximately 6 to 9 months.
